Galveston Island offers everything in a resort destination -beautiful accommodations, entertainment, shopping, and 32 miles of Gulf Coast beaches and now also the Schlitterbahn Water park, only 5 minutes from the Maravilla.

Island temperatures average 57 F in the winter and 81 F in the summer.  Visitors can enjoy casual strolling on Galveston Island’s historic seawall or shopping downtown.  Both areas are designated historic landmarks.
